Attack of the Baldloon But Bullyloon Bullies Everyone!

Bullyloon now can break Baldloon's "ruler" and cut Playloon's jump rope. Bullyloon has a shorter cool down. Priloon can still catch him. 

At the final boss battle, Bullyloon killed Baldloon and start chasing player. Hit him ten times to win the game.
